Use the links below to install RustDesk, then point the app to our secure PamlicoTech server for a private connection.

If your platform isn’t listed (Fedora, Arch, AppImage, Flatpak, etc.), ask us for the correct package.
2) Point RustDesk to PamlicoTech’s Server
- Open RustDesk.
- Click the ⋮ (three dots) next to your ID → Network.
- Tap/Click Unlock at the top and confirm.
- Fill in:
- ID server:
rustdesk.pamlicotech.com
- Relay server:
rustdesk.pamlicotech.com
- API server (optional):
https://rustdesk.pamlicotech.com
(if requested) - Key: (Paste the public key we provide you)
- ID server:
- Save/Apply. You should see a new ID. Share that ID with your PamlicoTech technician.
Note: The Key is our server’s public encryption key—it’s not a password. We’ll send it to you securely when needed.
3) Enable Unattended Support (optional)
This lets us help you without you being at the computer.
Windows
- Open RustDesk → Settings → Service → click Install service (run as Administrator if prompted).
- Settings → Security → Password → set a Permanent password.
- (Optional) Settings → Security → Permissions → enable Remote restart, Audio, Remote configuration, and Block input if requested by your technician.
macOS
- Open RustDesk → Settings → Security → set a Permanent password.
- Grant macOS permissions (first connect will prompt): System Settings → Privacy & Security → allow Screen Recording, Accessibility, and Full Disk Access (if requested).
- (Optional) Enable Start at login.
Android / iOS
- Open Settings → Network and set the same ID/Relay/API/Key.
- For unattended access, mobile platforms are limited; we typically use desktop unattended access instead.
